All custom, couture, runway, or made-to-order items:

  • Are not guaranteed to fit if measurements are incorrect

6. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are listed in USD

  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time

  • Payment is required in full at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • We accept approved payment methods displayed on the site

7. Shipping

  • Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or customs issues

  • Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier

  • Incorrect shipping addresses are the customer’s responsibility

8. Returns & Refunds
