Refund policy

Refunds are as follows:

There are no refunds on ticket sales at all.

Refunds for products are as follows. The refund request must be made within 30 days of purchasing product(s). Once item has been returned and in good condition, a refund will be processed. Shipping on refunds are to be paid by the customer, not Rhinestone Sugar Couture LLC.

Refunds for custom made orders are not refundable, returnable or exchangeable. No exceptions.
